Get ready for our most deluxe Hello Stockholm yet, with bids for 32 Open and 20 Women teams! It will be held at Bosön, the Swedish National Sports Complex, on 23-25 Feb 2024!
Expect at least 7 competitive games on high-quality indoor turf, with a grand party n’ DJ until 03 Saturday night!

Accommodation
Accommodation is offered through 2 alternatives – Bosön and Skogshem & Wijk.
Choose Bosön to live close to the fields and a more affordable option. 🥏
Share a room with 4 beds and indulge the convenience of staying within the premises for most of your stay, except when you’re off to the party . Breakfast is included and dinner can be added.
Choose Skogshem & Wijk to live close to the party and get only the best. ⭐
Just a few minutes away from Bosön by car, Skogshem & Wijk is the place you want to be when enjoying your time off the fields. Get either a single-bed or a double-bed room, and make some time to relax by the luxurious sauna, hot tub, or arcade room. Breakfast is included and dinner can be added.
Vinnarhallen
An amazing huge modern indoor artificial grass field, with plenty of ceiling height. The venue Bosön is the national sports center and is beautifully located in the archipelago just 15 minutes from Stockholm City.
Restaurant
The Olympia Restaurant is located right next to the fields. The kitchen serves healthy food for athletes prepared by nutrition specialists, and is where an all-you-can-eat buffet lunch will be served. Dinner will also be here for those who choose it.
There are always two courses to choose from, different dietary options, a generous salad buffet, bread and drinks. After the meal coffee or tea is included.
The restaurant is open for breakfast: 7.00-9.00.
For lunch and dinner, your team will get a designated slot to minimize waiting time.
Café
Need a break between games? Take a moment to lounge in the Bosön Café. Here you can also purchase drinks, energy bars, snacks, sandwiches, newspapers, coffee, and more.
Party
What would Hello Stockholm be without a party?! All players are invited to dance the night away on Saturday at our party venue by Skogshem & Wijk. Catch up with old friends, get some drinks, or just come and celebrate and enjoy the DJ’s magic. Doors open at 21.00 and will not close before 03.00.
Stockholm
While you’re here, take the opportunity to check out Stockholm! It’s a beautiful city with a rich history, and offers a bunch of cool things to see and do! With the city center less than one hour away via public transport or car, you can seamlessly integrate city exploration into your trip.

Directions
Public transit from city 🚌
Public transit in Stockholm is offered by SL – plan your trip either through their phone app or website, sl.se. Metro and buses all operate on the same ticket, which you can get through your phone app, or simply tap your bank card when boarding. A ticket costs 39 kr and is valid for 75 minutes after activation. Ukrainians travel for free, as a Ukrainian passport or ID serves as a valid travel pass for public transportation in Stockholm.
Take the red metro line towards ‘Ropsten’ and get off at the final stop. Take bus 211 to ‘Bosön’. ‘Rudboda Torg’ is the next closest station, from which there is a 10 minute walk. Taxis are also available at Ropsten.
From Arlanda Airport✈️
Take the Flygbussarna bus (45 min) or the Arlanda Express train (20 min) to Stockholm City. Then follow the instructions above.
From Skavsta Airport✈️
Take the Flygbussarna bus (80 min) to Stockholm City. Then follow the instructions above.
By car 🚗
Take road 277 to the ‘Lidingö’ island. After the bridge, take the exit towards ‘Bosön’. At ‘Rudboda torg’ follow the sign to the left that says ‘Bosön’ and continue into the Bosön sports complex. Park in the designated area to the right when you reach the turnaround. (GPS – LAT: 59.3813 LONG: 18.1833)

Team Fee: 440 EUR
At least 7 games over 3 days on high-quality turf. An amazing party at the luxurious event venue by Skogshem & Wijk until 03:00 with a DJ. Your top-notch plays will be streamed and medals for the winning teams!
Player Pack: from 25 EUR
All packs include a special edition Hello Stockholm disc and entrance to the party!
These will be selected after registration, through each team’s team sheet and with add-ons for accommodation, lunch, dinner etc.

Teams with unpaid team fees will lose their reservation after this date. Teams on the waiting list can take over available bids by completing the step above.

Player packages must be paid by this date. Player packs are limited in numbers – pay early to get the pack you want. Teams without min 6 paid player packs will lose their spot after this date.
